Exploitation of sound recordings, which Novex licenses, includes public performance in hotels, restaurants, lawns, discotheque, resorts, malls and other venues for communication to the public on a commercial basis of the following music labels: Yash Raj Films, Zee Music Company, Tips, Think Music, Red Ribbon, Sukhbir, Velvet Vibes..!

Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Gurugram

Job Responsibilities:

• Bringing new business to the company, meetings with new clients, follow-ups regarding payments.
• Monitoring and supervising the daily Royalty (License) fee collection from Hotels, Restaurants, Pubs, Discos, Event venues, Banquet Halls etc., through the licensing team all across the region.
• Making regular visits to different potential areas of the Region for market proliferation to increase the visibility of the organization.
• Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly.
• In the event of unauthorized use of our music, need to confront the host/ event manager/ hotel staff to ensure our legitimate license fee collection.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Mandatory two wheeler with license
• 4-7 years of experience

Compensation: 5 LPA + incentives
