Business Development Manager

Novex is engaged in the business of licensing public performance rights in sound recordings. Exploitation of sound recordings, which Novex licenses, includes public performance in hotels, restaurants, lawns, discotheque, resorts, malls and other venues for communication to the public on a commercial basis of the following music labels: Yash Raj Films, Zee Music Company, Tips, Think Music, Red Ribbon, Sukhbir, Velvet Vibes..!

Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Think and work strategically and alter operational changes as per business requirements Promote Novex Brand in the assigned City by building Customers like affiliate like Retail outlets ,Corporates, Malls, Gymnasiums , Gymkhanas and exclusive clubs , bars , pubs , restaurants etc., where Bollywood music is played , being one Stop Solution for all customer needs.
  • Responsible for accelerating our presence in offline space by driving Corporates, affiliates. On-boarding & servicing within an assigned geographical area.
  • Maintain records of recordings, revenue, invoices etc.Of fresh/ new clients
  • Proactively provide awareness to new clients on Licensing, Copyright and Public Performances regulations.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop all reporting staff into valuable and cohesive team players.
  • Present recordings , revenue reports to the management team on daily, weekly& monthly basis.
  • Responsible for achieving on-boarding targets, sales targets of team as well as individual.

Key Performance Indicators:(Quantity, Costs, Time, Quality Measures)
Acquiring new/fresh customers, higher revenues collections, Convert to annual contracts,

Qualifications:

  • MBA / Graduate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 8-10 years of experience

Compensation: 9 LPA + incentives
